    You've conveniently left off the most important part of the story - that when Randy spoke with current Disney execs and asked if their current policies would allow an employee to perform the same act of kindness, they "squirm at the question, because they know the answer is No." Perhaps instead of other businesses learning from this, Disney could learn from their own history?
